I am exploring a business partnership with an existing carbon fiber company here in Canada that produces parts to order for Porsche and Audi.

I was considering breaking down my Vitpilen and making molds so we can then sell Carbon parts to other owners globally.

I wanted to make this post to gauge interest here on the forum, and get an idea of what parts would be most popular. If this is something you would be interested in please comment below with that parts would be most desirable.

We can possibly start with some group buy discounts too 😉

Honestly, I would love a mini, sport fairing.

If you designed one and it was CF, that would be great.

Hmmm. If a headlight fairing could be made I’d be interested.

Would love some CF panels to hide some wiring and this fairing in the back.

Short answer, yes.  I know several have mentioned additional parts (i.e. items not currently on the bike), but I think there are a few existing pieces that would be perfect in CF:

    Front fender pieces

    Radiator covers/end pieces

Heel guards (this is maybe the one thing Husky already makes in CF)

Catalytic converter/exhaust/belly pan – I’ve seen an aftermarket option, but wasn’t in love with it

    Rear seat/Pillion seat cowl/cover

Maybe the headlight or speedo surround/assembly

    Obviously the tank fairings

I’m interested in a belly pan for cat delete, a headlight fairing, and a CF tail tidy with the same geometry as the Evotech.

I’ve also been worried about the exposed wiring above the engine, but haven’t had any issues yet. It’s mostly the bottom half of the bike that gets dirty. But I guess a “sport” fairing would slightly improve aerodynamics?

Hello, a chain guard with a little longer mud guard.

A full subframe… Maybe I’m asking too much?

I would like to see carbon guards for both front and rear wheels, chain guard and radiator trim.

I would like to see carbon guards for both front and rear wheels, chain guard and radiator trim. I would consider any part that improves function and saves weight.
