There is a wave of KTM/Husky thefts in my town lately. In addition to other methods of active/passive counter measures, I had ordered Sizzapp tracking device. It requires power connection to start working. Obviously I do not want to connect directly to the battery since I want this tracking device to be hidden. Any advices where I can install such a device and where to get positive/negative connections on 401 2019? The whole idea is to keep such installation as discreet as possible. The size of the device is like two matchboxes (±100x60x15) Thanks!

Why not stuff an Apple AirTag somewhere?

Thank you for that suggestion. I had already installed Airtag but since it can be sensed by any nearby iPhone including thieves one – I am considering Airtag only as a backup fallback option and not the main one. Also I am applying other countermeasures. But initial question is still actual.

I have a SRX 900 alarm system with perimeter sensor. Also have rLink GPS tracker. Had it for almost a year now.

my 2P is they are not worth it- unless its a £20K plus motorbike truth is once the thief’s get their scummy little hands on it i don’t want the motorbike back, which would have been ragged and destroyed , steering lock probably broken and been dropped a couple times…………….

i don’t want it back- let the insurance pay out

Hi, totally agree with you. But the sad reality is that I am living in the country where insurance companies do not provide coverage for theft cases. Only third-party insurance. Sad reality that pushes me to search for such solutions.

try this … without sim, without power or with usb, long life … the only thing to check is the signal coverage in your country ..
