    Hi All,

Does anyone have any recommendations or pics of which tank grips they’re using on their Svartpilen 401?

    Greatly Appreciated!!

Hey Naiomi, try this    https://www.amazon.com/3M-SJ5302A-Bumpon-Blister-Bumpons/dp/B01M3019R7/ref=sr_1_7?crid=9Q8JASLZ1NFD&dchild=1&keywords=3m+bumpon&qid=1598997192&sprefix=3M+bu%2Caps%2C285&sr=8-7  It’s reeealy cheap and it’s perfect for tank grip. They are very resistant, they’ve been installed on my motorcycle for 1 year now and neither the sun, the rain or the friction of my knees made them move. They are sober and you can make any pattern you want (Husqvarna’s H, an arrow, a d% # ck or as you want)

Personally it changed my life (mainly my arms) to be able to catch my tank well during heavy braking.

If you want you can see an overview of my bike with this 3M bumpon.  https://vitpilenforum.com/forums/topic/my-greypilen-from-france/

    Hey Balti,

That’s such a cool idea!! I’m playing around with some pattern designs as we speak haha, I’m amazed that they’ve held up.

My second idea at the moment was to use some leather, but I’m still undecided as to if that would look weird or not… will keep throwing around some ideas and post a pic of the final 😊
