    Hi!

Does anyone know how the orange reflectors on the front forks are mounted? Are they just attached with some adhesive? If so, what’s a good way to get rid of them? Heat them up and then peal them off by hand?

    Thanks,
    Rickard

Try warming them with a heat gun/hair dryer and then use dental floss to get between the adhesive pads and the fork.

Hi Rickard, did you accomplish this mission? Any pictures?

Yeah, I’d like to know about this as well. Probably heat and dental floss will do the trick. I may try this tonight.

I don’t think I even heated them up, but it wouldn’t hurt to do so. I just muscled them off. Rubber cement-like adhesive attaches them to the forks. Residual adhesive on the forks was not difficult to remove. Looks better without them. I offed the stickers too.

Whats up with the silver rims?

I removed them ages ago. As the others mentioned it’s just adhesive and not difficult to do. Dental floss will probably break if you go that route, a decent test monofilament will work better. Heating them up definitely helps. Goo gone will get rid of the remaining adhesive.
