    Hey Folks

Anyone of you is using this ECU?

I love my 701 but the response about this ecu is amazing. Even my dealer told me, this one rocks.

That voids the warranty I assume?

Coober says they work directly with KTM & Husqvarna so I don’t think it voids the warranty but I also think they were talking about warranties in Europe so you may want to reach out to them.

I’m thinking of getting the Coober unit. I’ve heard great things. There is one specifically made and tested for the 701 and 401 engines. I know for sure that the Coober unit is the ONLY  ECU that does not void the warranty for KTM so I’m assuming it will be the same for Husky.

I notice that Coober states significantly lower performance figures than Husqvarna’s claimed 75 hp and 72 Nm of torque. Cycle World’s dyno test (https://www.cycleworld.com/2018-husqvarna-vitpilen-701-dyno#page-2) came much closer to the claimed figures. Anyone with a logical explanation as to why two different dyno tests can differ this much?
