Hi Everyone! I just picked up a 2021 Svartpilen 401 this afternoon in the Orlando, FL area. I’ve been riding on and off for years, excited to be able to get back into it. Already ordered a set of mirrors from LuisMoto.it in Italy and some Puig frame sliders. Real interested to see what some others have done to their bikes in this forum.
cool! be careful on bumps. i ride mine on fire roads in montana and i get going to fast and bottom out in potholes or bumps. ALL that energy comes right up into the hands and i broke a thumb again. slight fracture, didn’t treat it, but i know it broke again.
my plastic skid guard’s fasteners came loose and the guard wrapped under the bike too creating a hazard. put some lock-tite on those.
the thing rips and gets sideways nice on smooth packed dirt, but watch for the bumps. it’s a street bike with short front travel. i love mine. it’s a blast!
