I live next to a freeway and since it’s coming into winter (Australia) I’m looking at getting some handguards for my 2021 Svartpilen 401, any suggestions? I’ve looked at oxford handguards and barkbusters storm, but am unsure whether they would be compatible with the handlebar ends on the later model svartpilen, as the female insert is glued in and I don’t fancy wrenching it out.

I purchased the oxford ones.

Installing them felt wrong but they went in and they work but feel a tiny bit loose.

I like the way they look and the wing blocking is great. I have a 2020. I’d upload a picture but mobile is abit strange

Yea nice, I did really like their look, but I ended up going with the barkbusters. I realised the newer svartpilen handlebars are similar to the Duke’s, so I went with what was compatible with the Duke. Really easy to fit, rides and feels great!

Handguards from KTM Adventure fits very well, since they are from the same family
