Hi fellow riders of the white arrow,

I want to issue a warning.

Were out riding my 401 Vitpilen this afternoon.

Just when I entered the road leading up to my house, the clutch handle fell off from the bike.

Luckily, I was able to stop the bike safely using the “emergency stop” button.

If it had happened at higher speed on the freeway the outcome could have been disasterous.

When in my garage I was able to attatch the handle and sprint (see pictures)

In may the bike was in for the first 1000 km inspection and I told the workshop that the clutch handle felt weird and untight but they didn´t see this as abnormal.

Anyone else with a similar experience?Clutch handle top

wow.  I will check mine before I leave work tonight.  Glad you weren’t hurt.  Will you use a thread-locker this time?

    Don´t know really,

Feels like it´s my my dealers problem to fix this issue.

I´ve emailed them and now waiting for a response…

    You’re missing a circlip.

I haven’t checked the size but you could likely replace it with one from the foot pegs or probably find one at an auto-parts.
