    hello.

    I ordered BW Dash in mid-January this year.
    Due to the delay in parts procurement on March 24th, I received an email from the Bad Winners team saying that it will be shipped around April 20th.
    After that, it has not been shipped even on May 20th. I contacted you twice by email, but it’s completely ignored. Is there a similar person?

    I mentioned before badwinners customer service is terrible. Keep emailing. Use direct message on their site. Facebook page and you tube videos comment section. Or be patient. You will get dash eventually but communication with them sucks.

    I don’t understand why the badwinners team doesn’t reply to emails.
    I can’t trust this company.
