PDSounds: It’s very difficult to get anything above 93 Octane here in the states unless you buy race fuel. also unfortunately a lot of our gas is 10% ethanol (E10). I do see the Svartpilen manual recommends RON 95 , 98 octane. So maybe there is something to the bad quality gas theory, although it sounds like Squik is using 98 and still gets the cut-out.

I’ve also just recently experienced a couple cut-outs even after my clutch cable replacement, so there goes my clutch cable stretch theory.

For what its worth, I am going to try some motorex fuel treatment that is supposed to help with stability and combustion of ethanol mix fuels and see if that helps anything.
