This happened 3 times yesterday to me. Blipping to 3rd from 4th and 3rd to 2nd. Always on the downshift. I admit, I didn’t look for the screws you mentioned – I forgot. I will when I get home but if you would be able to post a photo to ensure im looking in the right spot, that would help a lot.
